In general the service was great. The room was newly remodelled and spotless with a good view. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, had a wide array of options and the food was outstanding. Location: the hotel was not far from the mall and urban air, different shops and food places and a large shopping center.

The friendliness of the entire staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers, was outstanding. They were always respectful and attentive. The comfortable beds were a highlight of my stay, although I wish the pillows were firmer. The hotel facilities were clean, comfortable, and attractive, with no unpleasant odors. The location was perfect, right next to a mall where I could easily access all the shopping I needed. The staff were polite, always smiling, and accommodating. Housekeeping did an excellent job with tidying the room and providing plenty of towels.
